How long does dispatch take?
Most items are dispatched within 3–5 working days, as every decal is cut to order. The exact dispatch time is shown on each product page.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
If your order hasn't yet entered production, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it. Once in production, changes aren't possible.
What surfaces do your decals work on?
Any clean, dry, smooth surface — glass, ceramic, painted wood, plastic, car windows and more. See each product page for specific surface guidance.
Are your decals waterproof?
Yes — we use premium outdoor-grade vinyl that is waterproof and durable, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
