Returns and Refunds

As every ENFREGO decal is made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges simply because of a change of mind, in line with standard EU consumer law for bespoke and personalised goods.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered (incorrect name, colour, size or font from what you selected at checkout), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-personalised items (such as our funny car decal designs) may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original delivery costs.
